If you’re difficult to work with, your career will suffer.
You can be the “best of the best” at what you do…
But if you’re “difficult” to:
– speak with
– work with
– win with
Your creativity and expertise won’t help.
Being difficult won’t make you look like a creative genius. It will make people not want to work with you.
This does not mean you should be a “pleaser.” You shouldn’t.
Or that you shouldn’t be highly opinionated and passionate. You should.
But if you can be opinionated and passionate, while also being kind and respectful, you will be unstoppable.
Bonus points if you can disagree with someone but still leave them feeling that you like them.
