It’s an 8-week group coaching and mentor program with 16-year W+K veteran and former Executive Creative Director Jason Bagley. With class sizes capped at 18 students, CREATIVE MEGAMACHINE is an intimate coaching environment that allows Jason to walk students step-by-step through the program and answer their specific questions along the way.

CREATIVE MEGAMACHINE is designed for ambitious creatives at all levels who want to rapidly accelerate their career. It is not a portfolio school. The only homework assignments will be to put the tools and techniques they learn to use on the client briefs they’re already working on. Participants range from rookie creatives, to senior creative directors at top agencies.

Participants get access to a series of in-depth video presentations where Jason walks them step-by-step through each lesson. Each presentation is packed with career-changing advice, stories, secrets, and techniques. Then once a week, they meet with Jason live on Zoom for a full hour of Q&A to ask Jason about the material, or anything else they want to discuss. If a participant can’t make it to one of the Zoom sessions, the recording can be accessed at any time. 

THE PROGRAM CONTAINS MORE THAN 12 HOURS OF VIDEO LESSONS, AND 8 ONE-HOUR-LIVE MENTORING SESSIONS WITH JASON!
